The Approach
Rachel approached us before launching her business to help her start building brand recognition and an ideal client base from day one. She had a clear vision for the heart and future of Luna, but just needed help bringing her brand to life. I worked closely with Rachel to understand her business goals, values, and audience, and transformed her strategy into the boho-luxury brand identity and website of her dreams.
The Result
The overall vibe for Luna is warm, boho, and glowy, and luxurious but approachable–to set a tone for the relaxed salon environment and high-end experience.
We wanted to portray that sitting in a chair at Luna is as cozy as a Sunday morning coffee with your bestie–with a touch of luxe brought in through the typography and use of black and cream.
After launching the new visual branding and website, Rachel saw an incredible response in the form of bookings and inquiries. Her brand is now speaking directly to her ideal client and setting her apart as the clear choice for a laid-back yet luxe experience. Rachel has since expanded from a solo studio to a nine-chair salon in a matter of two years post-launch–and we recently worked together on a brand upgrade to go from "Luna Extension Studio" to "Luna Salon."⠀⠀⠀
