What do I need to have before I hire you? +

All social media packages require a previously established brand. (We focus on your content, which is most effective with a rock solid brand.) If you do not have branding yet, I recommend kicking off your contract with any branding package, or, a simple VIP design day to strategize your essential brand fonts and colours ($2,500 CAD).

HOW WILL WE KEEP IN TOUCH? +

My collaborative, high-touch approach includes a supportive mixture of both written communication and one-on-one calls. Your call schedule, content strategy, and messaging will all live in a personalized project dashboard – so you'll never be left guessing where we're at or what comes next.

CAN YOU HELP ME IN 'X' INDUSTRY? +

I typically work with premium service-based brands and shoppes like naturopaths, hair salons, floral shops, yoga studios, lifestyle boutiques, interior designers, coffee shops, and day spas. However, if your brand is on a mission to bring more goodness into the world, I’d love to hear from you. And if I don’t think we’re the right fit, I’ll always be transparent and point you in the right direction.

Are there any additional costs to be aware of? +

The only thing I recommend is a Canva Pro account. I design directly in your account so you have full access to all files, templates, and designs once they’re approved—no exporting or file transfers needed. This ensures you can easily edit, repurpose, and use your content without limitations.
