The Approach
Founder, Isabelle approached us a couple of years into running Coldwater full time from a separate suite in her home. With big plans to expand her business and invest in a commercial storefront and the goal to infuse laid-back luxury into every element of her client experience, we worked together to craft a strategy, message, and identity that would call in more of her ideal, premium clients.
The Result
With a vision to stand out as the laid-back luxurious skin studio in Victoria, we went for an "Effortlessly California Cool" aesthetic. Relaxed, playful, and clean to inspires a more inviting, warm feeling compared to the more corporate, sterile feeling clinics in town.
Just a month after launching, Isabelle was able to raise her prices and book out her services three months in advance. In the following months, she was able to sign a lease on her dream studio space, where she can serve her clients even better, and hired a full team to support her growth.
