The goal
Founder, Isabelle approached me a couple of years into running Coldwater full time from a separate suite in her home, with big plans to expand her business and invest in a commercial storefront.
Our goal was to craft a strategy, message, and identity; infusing laid-back luxury into every element of her client experience.
The result
With a vision to stand out as the laid-back luxurious skin studio in Victoria, we went for an "Effortlessly California Cool" aesthetic. Relaxed, playful, and clean to inspires a more inviting, warm feeling compared to the more corporate, sterile feeling clinics in town.
Just a month after launching, Isabelle was able to raise her prices and book out her services three months in advance.
In the following months, she signed the lease on her dream studio space, where she now has a full team to support her clients and growth.
