You refused the standard path because you couldn't unsee what wasn't working.
So when your brand isn't reflecting the real experience of working with you, it doesn't just feel frustrating, it feels wrong.
And every time you hesitate before posting, or lower your rate just this once, or send someone to a site that doesn't reflect the work, you feel it.
And that gap is costing you.
For three days you're my only client, and by the end you'll have a logo suite, colours, fonts and textures that look like what you've been picturing, plus a style guide so you're not guessing every time you go to make a post.
$4,000 CAD, or two payments of $2,000.
You know what you do works, you just can't explain what makes it different. Over twelve weeks, you and I dig into why you do what you do, and you'll come out with a visual identity, messaging and strategy that say it for you.
$9,000 CAD, or three payments of $3,000.
You want a site that makes your prices make sense before anyone hires you. Before I design anything, you and I map out every page together, and you get a guide full of messaging and prompts written for your business, so you can write your own copy in your own voice without hiring a copywriter. Choose between Showit or Squarespace.
Semi-custom from $5,000 CAD
Most of the people I work with end up needing the brand and the site, and booking them together takes 10% off the website. Your brand comes first, and your site can start straight after or whenever you're ready.
The Weekender and a semi-custom build: $8,500 CAD.
Inner Muse and a custom build: from $17,550 CAD.
That's the 10% off the website already applied.
Based in Victoria, BC, with two rescue dogs who will absolutely be audible on our calls. You've been warned.
The Weekender begins with one strategy session before day one. On Inner Muse it's a ninety-minute interview and six sessions that follow.
You'll see the direction before anything gets designed, and you'll have time to sit with everything rather than react to it on a call. You'll have thoughts, and I want them! Refining the direction is part of the process, and it's often what makes the brand feel fully yours.
I stopped building from questionnaires, because so much nuance gets lost without a conversation. What that looks like depends on which thing you booked.
"After years of working with designers it was you, Chelsea the only person to actually translate my thoughts and decorate them with pure beauty."
— Katie Lee Jones, Beauty Opus
"Before working with Chelsea, I couldn't figure out my identity and was trying to copy everyone else. Now I feel grounded in my business. I'm unapologetic about what I put out there, more people are approaching me about my services."
— Katherine Haysbert, Nutritionist
"Before working with Chelsea, our brand felt discombobulated; now we have clients reaching out to us because they love our branding."
— Rebekah Zepfel, Lemon & Honey Day Spa
"Through working with Chelsea, I started thinking so much more deeply and intentionally about the business I was creating. Having my strategy and brand identity in place allowed me to put all my focus on building my business, making money, and growing clients."
— Rachel Proctor, Luna Salon
